With over 13 years of experience in civil engineering industry, currently, he is supervisor of water asset management at DC Water
Roger Barlow
National Map Liaison for DC, DE, MD, and NJ, USGS
Roger Barlow is a physical scientist with the USGS since 1993 and a graduate of Syracuse University. He has facilitated partnerships for acquiring and sharing geographic names, orthoimagery, elevation data, and hydrography data. He has worked with 14 states over the course of time to facilitate the exchange of base cartographic data themes totaling millions of dollars since 1993.
